The young chefs at Gastronomisk Undergrund get the opportunity to develop their talents and try out new dishes on an adventurous audience. As a food photographer, I ensure that they get a great shot of their dish.
I follow the chefs as they prepare and plate their creations, portray chefs in action, and create styled food pictures of each dish. For the chefs, this is an opportunity to create a network and develop their professional skills. I use this gastronomic playground as a creative oasis, one in which I get to test various photographic techniques and develop my professional repertoire.
